Ink System or Cap & Pump Assbly

for Epson Pro 7600 & 9600 Printers

this is the front of the cap & pump assbly

This is the cap It should be Clean & dry like how this looks

this is the back of the assbly 4 screws drain hose and electrical connection have to taken off to remove from printer

this is the pump

you are looking in side of the pump this hose gets squashed by the roller in the next pic this is how the ink gets pulled down

The white fitting is a ink flow restrictor there is a tiny hole that gets clogged Remove & clean

this is the air valve tubes go under the cap this must be cleaned free of dry ink.

If you remove the whole assbly and remove the pump motor you can wash the whole unit under hot water blow dry before reinstalling.
