Laguna Service Payment Policy
 
Laguna Service  new payment policy and procedure:
 
On-site Service Calls:
• Before an On-site Service and services are rendered a Credit Card must be placed on file. This card will not be charged, just used as a preventative measure. Once card is on file, no card will be required for additional service calls. If credit card is not attained, Laguna Services will not proceed with the On-site service call.
 This is standard procedure unless agreed upon prior to services rendered by Laguna Services
• *Once again the card will not be charged, unless payment has not been received within two weeks of invoice date *
• 100% of the invoice must be made at onsite service calls immediately following services rendered.

• Due to Economic conditions Laguna Service is not excepting P.O's or terms accounts.
Warranty Repairs:
• All Warranty repairs, require Proof of purchase and warranty verification before service is rendered.
Packing and Shipping cost are not covered
Carry-in Services:
• All carry in Machines not under warranty, must be paid in full before machine can be picked up by the consumer.
• If a repaired item is not pick up or paid for within 30 days after serviced and Invoicing.
The machine will become property of Laguna Services.
• All Warranty Work must have proof of purchase and warranty verification must be made before services are rendered on all on-site and carry-in items
